(Frequently Asked Questions)How old does my child need to be to attend KidsCamp?KidsCamp is for children entering 1st grade through children entering 6th grade.Do I need to register for this event?Yes. You can register a child at www.gracelifechurch.tv/kidscampYou will be prompted to fill out parent/guardian information first and then the site will take you to the child registration page. If you have any questions please email email@example.com Is there any cost to attend the event?This event is open to the public with a registration fee of $45/child. The fee includes 3 fun packed days that your child will not forget! Some of the activities include: giant inflatables, games, color run, sno-cones, crafts, skits, water sports, and many more!! If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.orgWhat age groups will be placed together?We separate all groups by grade entering and gender.Where does KidsCamp take place?All of our KidsCamp activities take place outdoors at: Monroeville Community Park West 2399 Tilbrook Rd. Monroeville, PA 15146 (Drop-off/Registration at Pavilion #3)Where do I drop-off and pick-up my child?Drop-off and pick-up will be stationed at Pavilion #3. We ask that for the safety of all children, parents/guardians should remain in the designated pick-up area until their child is brought to them. Drop-off is from 8:40am-9:00amPick-up is from 3:00pm-3:20pmWhat activities will be available?Your child will engage in 3 fun packed days. Some of the activities include: giant inflatables, games, color run, sno-cones, crafts, skits, water sports, and many more. Children will visit each station with their assigned leaders and group. A child will never be forced to participate in an activity they choose not to. Will water and a snack be provided each day?Yes. We will have multiple water stations for the kids to visit throughout the day as well as a provide a fun daily snack (sno-cones, popcorn, goldfish, etc.)What should my child bring? DAILY: - Each day bring a sack lunch and a drink in a labeled backpack/drawstring bag- Pre-apply sunscreen daily prior to drop-off (you may also send some in your child’s bag)- A large towel DAY ONE:Tennis shoes, Comfortable, active clothing, hat (optional) DAY TWO: Easy to slip-on footwear (flip flops, crocs, etc.)Wear swimsuit under clothes Goggles DAY THREE: Wear a plain white tshirt Goggles PLEASE LABEL ALL ITEMS WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME AND GRADEIs there anything I will need to sign the first day?We will have a Consent & Release form that will need to be signed the first day at registration.It reads:I give permission for this child to participate and engage in all KidsCamp activities with Grace Life Church. Also, for promotional purposes only, the organization has my permission to use pictures or videos that should happen to include my child.I hereby fully waive, release, and discharge Grace Life Church, and it’s agents, employees, staff, and volunteers from any and all rights, claims, and actions, arising now and/or in the future, out of my children’s participation in the activities of KidsCamp.I further authorize the employees, volunteers, or staff of Grace Life Church to obtain any emergency medical treatment that they may deem necessary during KidsCamp camp hours if I cannot be reached.
